Welcome to the BK Blog! I’m just home from 11 days in Ukraine. Below are photos, videos and comments about my trip and what God is doing there.There are some exciting prospects before us at the moment that could supercharge our efforts there. Please pray with me in that regard. I want to move from providing 100s of wood stoves to 1,000s; from 50,000 loaves of bread to 500,000; from 700 bags of food each day to 7,000. Please jump in if you can. Every bit helps!

This woman received a wood stove in her bombed-out house. She stays because squatters will likely take over her house- her most valuable possession- if she leaves. She lives in Liubomyrivka, near Kherson (see the map below.)
Dima Turchenko took the photo of the woman standing beside her wood stove. This wood is provided to people free of charge because the Russian army has put land mines in the forests and people have been killed going there searching for firewood.My friend Dylan Klumph sent his body armor with me, just in case. I’m told I will need it and a helmet when I go back in September.Some of the people who have received wood stoves. They have no electricity or gas so the stoves become both warmth and a cooking surface.
Pastor Dmytro Mason is giving daily 700 bags of food, toiletries and other necessities to some of the 6-8 million displaced persons in Ukraine.This bridge was bombed by the Russian army while civilians were trying to escape over it; many dead, many casualties. The Ukrainians responded by piling up a makeshift memorial of cars and painting sunflowers on them; one of the national symbols of Ukraine, which is the largest producer of sunflowers in the world.
Oleksandr Vasiuk is the youngest member of the Ukraine Parliament and a committed Christian. We spent the day together with Pastor Mason surveying the damage in Irbin, Bucha and Kyiv.Destruction in Irbin, outside Kyiv. It was a block of apartment buildings. There are still people living there.A Soviet-era tank destroyed by the Ukraine army.
Remember you coming to a church I attended in the 90’s in Woodbridge, Ontario.(Crossroads). Awesome to hear how God is using you and continuing to bless you and your family. It is good to know that you have not only started well but are finishing well for Jesus. God bless and I pray that the Lord would continue to give you more breakthrough opportunities to reach others for Christ.
Hi, Bob how have you been , Its been a while , last time was with pastor Paul vannoys family , fellowship in livermore california . livermore calvary chapel . I had a really inspiring time with your worship music . IS it still available in a favorate hits package ….. i sure would love to get all your songs on a cd, is this still possible …? I had them on cassette , but there pretty worn out . I had a great time fellowshipping with you and pastor Pauls family after sunday service at blessing chinese resturant .. you sure enjoyed the manchurian beef ….. I love your new song Gods good , sorry to here about your nephew with cancer …my hope is he knew Jesus…. you know of course Paul and his family are pastoring a church up in corde’lene idaho , you might have already been there too , hehehe ….Pastor PAul is a dear friend to me and brother , keep him in your prayers brother , He’s been having some health issues , he might have mentioned to you already … but the fathers love is so good , and we are so blessed . ps I will keep your ministry in my prayers as well . your brother in the lord claude vansant.

Bob Kilpatrick. I am a voice from your past. You married me 30 years ago…well, at least you married my first husband and I in 1981 in Roseburg, OR. I am heading to Redding this weekend and thought you might still be in the area. It looks like you’ve relocated south.
I am thrilled to find you here and expect to be ordering your book and latest music. You and Cindy had a tremendous impact on me during my formative years when we met at the World MAP camps in Newberg, OR.
